My one-on-one hypnotherapy sessions (online or in person) offer real-time support, deeper dialogue, and the ability to adapt in the moment. They're ideal if you're looking for ongoing guidance, accountability, or want to work through complex or evolving issues. 

The personalized recording is a more accessible option—both in format and cost. It's a custom 20-minute hypnosis audio tailored to target one specific goal or focus, which you can listen to anytime, as often as you'd like. It’s perfect if you prefer a self-guided approach or want a powerful tool to support your growth between sessions.

Both are effective. It just depends on the kind of support you're looking for right now.

Can hypnotherapy help with panic attacks?

Yes. Hypnotherapy can be especially supportive for panic by helping the nervous system learn calmer responses to triggering sensations and situations. Over time, many clients experience fewer panic episodes, reduced intensity, and greater confidence in their ability to cope if anxiety arises.

Will I lose control during hypnosis?

No. Hypnosis is a state of focused awareness, not unconsciousness. You remain aware, present, and in control throughout the entire session. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will.

While Hypnotherapy is not yet covered, many providers do cover "Counselling Therapists". Because Kristina is an ACTA Registered Counselling Therapist, many of her clients are able to receive full or partial coverage for her hypnotherapy services.
